Founded in 2019 and based in Ilford, Rapid Drainage Services works on drainage and nothing else, which is exactly why we get it right first time.
Our story
Built on call-outs nobody else would take
We started out taking the late-night jobs other firms turned down. That reputation for actually turning up is still the heart of the business: a small, directly employed team, properly equipped vans, and a phone line answered by someone who can dispatch an engineer immediately.
Today we handle everything from a blocked kitchen waste in a Redbridge flat to scheduled tanker work for commercial sites across Essex. Every engineer carries jetting, rodding and camera equipment, so most problems are diagnosed and fixed on the first visit.
We are SafeContractor approved and CHAS accredited, fully insured, and we document what we do: CCTV footage for surveys, waste transfer notes for tanker work, and a clear written price before anyone starts.
