Homeowners usually book a survey for one of three reasons: a drain that keeps blocking, a property purchase, or an insurer asking for evidence. All three need the same thing, an accurate picture of the pipework.

Buying a house
A standard homebuyer report does not include the drains. A drainage survey before exchange is inexpensive compared with discovering a collapsed run under a new patio six months after moving in.
Recurring blockages
If a drain blocks repeatedly, the pipe is usually holding the debris rather than the debris being unusual. Roots, a dropped joint or a partial collapse will all do this, and only a camera will tell you which.
What you receive
Footage of each run, a written summary in plain language, and a recommendation. If nothing needs doing, we will say so.
