When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and the details of the work you need. We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange an engineer visit, provide a quotation and keep a record of work carried out. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal and insurance obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@rdrainage.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

Cookies and advertising measurement

Alongside the cookies needed to make the site work, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand which pages and adverts lead to enquiries and phone calls. When you send an enquiry form or tap a phone number, that action is counted so we can see which advertising is worth paying for.
